​​​ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

IMMEDIATE POSITION (FULL TIME)

JOB DUTIES: 

• Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including time and data collection, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes, paycheck generation, and ensuring timely payment distribution; - Perform basic bookkeeping work; - Prepare and review operational reports such as invoices, employee attendance reports, office supply inventory reports, financial statements and others; - Provide support to executives and owners in planning, managing, and compiling budget data and reports;
• File and retrieve documents, records, and reports for the executives/owners; - Manage and coordinate departmental support services such as procurement and allocation of needed supplies for the office and job sites; - Ensure a secure, safety-compliant and well-maintained office facility;
• Coordinate any necessary renovations or construction projects to keep the office functional 

​REQUIREMENTS: ​                     2 years experience as an Administrative Manager, Administrative Coordinator or related.​
LOCATION OF EMPLOYMENT:  714 South Plymouth Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90005
HOURS:                                       9:00AM - 5:00 PM   40 HRS/ WK
SALARY:                                      $81,536.00 Per Year
